- UNBEATABLE PROVENANCE – Our beef and lamb is produced on our own, local “Red Tractor” approved farm and fully licensed abattoir, and prepared by our knowledgeable artisan butchers. The animals don’t leave a 4-5 mile radius!
- SUSTAINABLE & ETHICAL– We supply free-range pork, chicken and any other meats from carefully selected and highly regarded farms in the UK, so provenance and quality can be assured.
- EXPERTLY PREPARED – Our meat is carefully hand prepared by our knowledgeable artisan butchers to ensure we supply top quality and consistency.
- PERSONAL DELIVERY – we have our own refrigerated vans to be able to deliver directly to you.
- DRY AGING – not only is our beef supplied from our own farm and abattoir, it is also then hung for at least 28 days in our dry aging fridge.
- BESPOKE SERVICE – Specific requests and requirements can be happily catered for – we are always delighted to ensure you receive our products just how you like it. Having been established for many years we have developed relationships with excellent farmers and suppliers, so if you require something a little more unusual we can source it.
