Description

Our Steak Box provides the 3 prime cuts for steak – the Ribeye, Rump and Sirloin. These steaks are from our own farm’s Hertiage Sussex breed grassfed cattle who have happily been grown to maturity, roaming-free right here on the lush green pastures of Swale.

These prime cuts are all dry-aged for at least 28 days in our own private abbatoir, so you’ll enjoy succulent and tender steaks, with a deep and delightful flavour.

What’s in the steak box?

• 2 x 224g Ribeye Steak
• 2 x 220g Rump Steak
• 2 x 224g Sirloin Steak
• 2 x 180g Fillet Steak

Our grass-fed heritage Sussex breed, slow-reared beef comes directly from our own local farm to our small private abattoir, and prepared by our Artisan Butchers. Provenance, sustainability and ethical farming/butchery doesn’t get better than that! If we do have to keep up with demand by buying extra beef cuts we source from ethical British farms, and as locally as possible.
